Jhana
Chief Operating Officer
Jhana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 with her Master of Arts degree. She is our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Her goal is to lead and support the staff to best serve our patients at DiBartola Dental. She takes pride in her role as COO and values the family feel at the office. Jhana enjoys spending time with her husband and son in her spare time, especially in the sunshine!
Lisa Pontoriero Clinical Administrator
Lisa has been with our practice for 10 years. Along with her additional Whitehall Management Training, she has 20 years of experience in the medical field! Lisa is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free experience at every office visit. She looks forward to meeting you and she’s excited for you to start your journey as you receive the best possible care. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends!
Amber Albert
Marketing Sales Director
Amber is one of the newest additions to our management team. She is our Director of Sales & Marketing along with spear heading clinical case management for dental implant patients. Amber is a graduate of Duquesne University with degrees in communication, political science, and sociology. With a myriad of experience in executive sales and management with L’Oreal, Luxury, and Saks Fifth Avenue to name a few-she is the perfect addition to our team! She also serves as a patient liaison.
Andrea McDade Registered Dental Hygienist
Andrea has been with our practice for three years. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental Hygiene program in 2018. Her goal is to help patients improve their overall oral health starting with a clean and confident smile! She loves being a boy mom and spending time making memories with her family. Outdoor adventures are her absolute favorite!
Kaitlyn Powell Registered Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn graduated from West Liberty University’s Dental Hygiene program in 2020! She feels the best part about being a dental hygienist is educating every patient on how to improve and maintain their oral health by providing the upmost quality of care. Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends!
Kate Roos Dental Assistant
Kate joined the DiBartola Dental team in 2017. Kate always has a positive attitude towards learning new skills and perfecting what she has already learned alongside the doctors. She is eager to graduate from WCCC in the spring of 2023 to become an expanded functions dental assistant. During her free time, she loves to shop and spend time with her friends!
Kenna Radachy Dental Assistant
Kenna joined the DiBartola Dental team in the summer of 2020. Prior to working here, Kenna had no dental experience. Since then, she has received on-the-job training and has become a talented dental assistant who our patients adore! Kenna continues to expand her knowledge and skills by attending continuing-education courses with the doctors. In her spare time, Kenna enjoys spending time with her animals, drawing, and painting.
Ashley Kessler
Dental Assistant
Ashley has been a part of the DiBartola team since July of 2022. She has been in the dental field for eight years and the past three have been in oral surgery. Ashley continues her love for oral surgery here at DiBartola Dental by expanding her knowledge on restorative dentistry. During her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her children, going to the gym, and having coffee dates with her friends!
Lacie Pratt
Dental Assistant
Lacie is the newest member of our team, but she’s not new to dentistry! Lacie has been in the dental field since 2010 and has a passion for oral surgery, patient education, and advocating proper care. When Lacie isn’t working, you will most likely find her keeping active by walking her dogs or doing yoga. Lacie also likes to spend her time exploring Cleveland!
